From mid April – . We are making bookings to give funded vaccines to our over 65 years of age patients. Please phone the surgery to make a nurse booking. The number of patients in the surgery at one time will be limited.
At level one we will continue to operate our video and phone consultations. If however you would prefer to be seen please ring us to make an appointment. Please wear a mask if you have cold, cough, sore throat, flu symptoms (respiratory symptoms) to safely manage yours. other patients and our staff’s wellbeing. You will still be able to the doctor but it may be in a managed situation. Knock on the door when you arrive, and someone will welcome you in when they become available. Please wear your mask when you come to the door. You will be required to wear it in reception and in the doctor’s room. Other patients are welcome to continue wearing their own masks if they prefer.

We remain open during all Alert Levels — health and medical facilities (such as medical practices and pharmacies) are an essential service. However, our practice is now reimplementing some safety measures as part of our response to Alert Level 1.

+ If you or a family member are unwell, please stay at home and contact Healthline or your GP about getting a test.
+ Practice physical distancing of two meters wherever possible.
+ Consider wearing a mask in public spaces or places where it is hard to physically distance.
Pre Flight COVID Testing and Health Certificates for flying out of New Zealand – Contact ShoreCare on phone 094867777 selecting the Northcross clinic. They can arrange a time for you to have a test and health certificate consultation. Belmont Medical doesn’t offer this facility.
Our Patients can now resume appointment bookings through Connectmed for face to face, phone or video consultations with our doctors. Once an appointment is made for a video consultation you will be sent an email with a link for doxy.me Choose the appropriate web browser. If you are on an iPhone use Safari, on android use Chrome, on Windows and Macs you can use Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Allow camera and audio access. You will enter a virtual waiting room and your GP will pick up your consult when they are able to. Your appointment time is only an indication. If we can’t find you in the virtual waiting room we will of course phone you. Either of these consultation options will be at your normal consultation fee.
